Todd Pisarczyk, AAMS

President/ Investment Consultant

Todd’s passion for investing goes way back. When he was just a middle schooler, his grandfather gave him shares of Roseville Telephone Company. He was instantly hooked. What started as a hobby grew into a career in 1999 when Todd began working as a financial advisor for a major brokerage firm. Todd’s passion led him to start his own practice in 2004, which eventually became Sustainable Wealth Management. Todd believes SWM is different because, “We deeply care about the wellbeing of our clients. We are able to offer the care and service of a boutique firm but through our relationship with Charles Schwab and other major investment firms we have the resources of all the large Wall Street firms at our fingertips.”

Todd most enjoys working with clients and making a difference in people’s lives by helping them with all things financial. Still, his favorite part of the day is coming home to his family after work and playing with his kids. Todd specializes in the areas of asset management, financial planning, retirement income planning, and estate planning. And he’s in it for the long haul. As Todd puts it, “I now have my dream job. I truly can’t image doing anything else or wanting to do anything else.”

The very famous investor Warren Buffet said, “When the tide goes out, you can see who has been swimming naked.” It has so many applications to the way we run our business.

Linde Carroll

Investment Consultant

Linde listens. She’s passionate about learning the unique stories of her clients and mapping out the best plan to achieve their dreams. For Linde, the fun’s in the challenge of putting together the pieces of the puzzle. She got her start in the investing world after beginning her tenure at SWM in Client Services. When the opportunity came to take her career to the next level, she jumped on it. Linde believes SWM is different because, “We truly aspire to serve the needs of our clients in every aspect and hope they see us as a partner in their financial journey. It’s a team effort and we work well together.”

Linde loves working with clients and families to help them reach their financial and retirement goals. She wants clients to know that SWM’s approach to wealth management isn’t like the movies you see about Wall Street. “We don’t spend every day trying to make a quick buck buying and selling positions. We believe in a disciplined approach using diversity and long-term investment strategies.” Linde’s focus is on serving clients in retirement planning and portfolio management.

Taylor Vilhauer

Investment Consultant

Taylor’s all about relationships. He was initially drawn to SWM because of the team’s commitment to clients and personalized approach to wealth management. Taylor takes the time to invest in lasting relationships with clients, creating a level of comfort and ease that’s hard to find in most firms. Each day, Taylor strives to make a difference, for both his clients, and his community. In Taylor’s opinion, SWM is different because, “SWM is built on long lasting relationships.”

Taylor enjoys building relationships with the people SWM works with, and helps on an ongoing basis. His biggest role model is his wife, who he credits for keeping him motivated to be a better person every day. Taylor works with clients on retirement planning and portfolio management needs.

Mara Masters

Client Services Specialist

Mara’s a people person. She cares about getting to know SWM’s clients, learning their likes and dislikes, and ultimately becoming their friend. This compassion for others and service also extends into her life outside the office—she frequently volunteers at her daughters’ school, church, and local community. Mara believes SWM is different because, “Todd is an exceptional boss and my colleagues are exceptional people. I have never worked in such an open, comfortable environment before.”

Mara is passionate about working with the SWM team to help clients achieve their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and supporting her kids’ activities. Mara handles all areas of client support and is dedicated to the service needs of SWM’s diverse group of clients.
